Callebaut. Web. Callebaut is a large Belgian chocolate brand. It was merged with Cacao Barry to become Barry Callebaut. A member of the former owning family, Bernard Callebaut, operates the separate Canadian company Chocolaterie Bernard Callebaut. I find Callebaut chocolate to be excellent for baking.
