I woke up expecting to go to Frankfurt but went to Copenhagen instead. My
morning 6:55 flight was delayed before it even started for the day, because it
could not get clearance for its later stops, and they did not want to start
without that, even if it would serve many passengers to get to its first stop,
Frankfurt, on time.
Since I had a tight connection and a business-class ticket, they automatically
rerouted me. Things actually worked out pretty well. Since I booked late, I
had not been able to get a two-leg trip home, so I was booked from Zagreb to
Frankfurt to Montreal to Boston. The new route was Zagreb to Copenhagen to
Boston, albeit with a later start. I got to Boston only about seven minutes
later than originally scheduled and caught my planned bus home.
